10 Micron Ceramic Coating protects non-absorbent surfaces, based on patented technology. 10 Micron Ceramic Coating forms a permanent barrier layer that bonds chemically with the substrate and cures at atmospheric temperature. The surface protected with 10 Micron Ceramic Coating can be cleaned repeatedly without reapplying the product.
7 Micron Ceramic Coating and Polymer Non-Ceramic Coating protects non-absorbent surfaces, based on a patented technology. 7 Micron Ceramic Coating and Polymer Non-Ceramic Coating forms a permanent barrier layer that bonds chemically with the substrate and cures at atmospheric temperature. The surface protected with 7 Micron Ceramic Coating and Polymer Non-Ceramic Coating can be cleaned repeatedly without reapplying the product.
7 Micron Ceramic Coating and Polymer Non-Ceramic Coating is particularly suitable for smooth, non-absorbent surfaces, such as one or two component paints (polyurethane or epoxy systems), Polyester paints, GRP surfaces, aluminium and stainless steel surfaces.
Glass Coat and Metal Coatings are transparent, thin and very resilient with an SiO2 matrix. Due to its hydrophobic properties water beads off treated surfaces preventing staining and oxidation.
Once a ceramic coating has been applied it is important that the crew maintain their normal maintenance with PH Neutral products. The surfaces need to be washed regularly and salt removed.
CeraShield have produced a range of compatible aftercare products, to ensure the crew do not use high acid and alkali cleaners to maintain the coating. Using these aftercare products will also protect the paint on uncoated areas.
